| As Big Brother 2 trudges through the dog days of summer, some of us who watch couldn't help but get irritated by the houseguest's poor knowledge of Peanut Butter and nutrition in general, so we've decided to put this page together as a way to get the message out that young BB2 fans should not become influenced by them. We are also disturbed by the constant whining and moaning by a few of these houseguests about Peanut Butter and their lack of eating the foods they desire, so we would just like to say, Boo Freaking Hoo!! This isn't Survivor! These people have a pool, hot tub, even a bed to sleep in! I bet in all the contestants in Survivor would have loved eating PB & J everyday!!! |
| As you're well aware if the houseguests lose their food competition, whether as a group or men against women, the losing team eat peanut butter & jelly either for a week or a specific amount time. Many of the houseguests have complained about that diet being unhealthy so we the Peanut Butter Brigade would like to clarify a few things. |

Before you move on to the tips, take a look at the remaining men of Big Brother 2. Incidentially, I left Mike and Kent out because well, they're basically out of the game. Mike didn't seem to obsessed with his looks despite the fact of being 30 years olds with the mindset of a highschool punk, while Kent has reached that wise old age where you don't have to care. But Hardy, Will, & Bunky are a different story altogther. Bunky has not only grown from this experience, he has lost inches and weight! He really has it going on. We at the Peanut Butter Brigade have't seen him complain about peanut butter too much yet we are concerned about his knowledge on nutrition and we hope once his stint at Big Brother is over, he studies up on the pros and cons of protein powder and power bars. Hardy on the other hand is a walking oxymoron. He works out, is addicted to protein shakes, yet he smokes. That doesn't make sense to us. We also wonder if he knows the dangers of having too much Creatine Monohydrate and Androstenedione in your system. And as for Will, for having gone to medical school he doesn't seem to have very good nutritional knowledge and he seems to have an obsession about protein shakes and power bars. And another interesting thing about Will and Hardy is that they seem to shave areas of their body that I thought only pro athletes do. They do facials, and Will even pluck eyebrows. I'm not sure as whether I should be fascinated or disturbed by all of this. So in conclusion, we at Peanut Brigade bring you these facts and tips about safe nutrition and exercise.
